Midal receives molten aluminium of minimum 99.7 % purity and higher.
Midal is a 100% export unit, with track record of it's products supplied in about 60 countries worldwide.
Midal exports overhead aluminium conductors to Australia, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and North & South America.
The over head conductors manufactured by Midal meets or rather exceeds the specification requirements of various
international standards like ASTM, IEC, BS, AS, SS, DIN and many others.
Our production technique is almost unique in the sense that the extra high purity hot metal we receive is treated
for its trace elements to the extent of the required specific characteristics of the end product in a well controlled
and monitored manufacturing process.
The wires are drawn and stranded within very close tolerances of diameter, lay and wire tension by well-experienced personnel
using modern state of the art plant and machineries. As
on date Midal has the capability to manufacture
conductor ranging from 25 to 1000 mm
2 and
with upto 127 strands.
Midal enjoys the benefit of having a well equipped in-house
testing facility to carry out all the routine and type
tests in accordance with various international standards.
As on date, Midal exports around 85,000 metric tons of overhead line conductors per year in various types and configurations,
to various destinations around the globe.
